FREE SHIPPING
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping on selected items from our warehouses. T&Cs apply.
EXPRESS SHIPPING IS NOW AVAILABLE
We are proud to offer express shipping services for most of our product. However, there are some products we are unable to ship using our express delivery options. If you happen to be unsure, please contact us. Alternatively, once you add your item to the checkout, you'd be able to confirm if your chosen product(s) is eligible.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time varies based on product availability. Our standard processing time is 2-5 working days (same day & next day processing time is also available on selected items at additional rate). For most (but not all) of our products, see estimated shipping time below (excluding processing time)

Our in-house products are shipped from our local warehouses in the US, UK, CA, AU & NZ.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
